Can anyone tell me where the dump valve (air by-pass valve) is located on a UK 97MY 4Dr, and what it looks like? (Not wastegate solenoid)

The dealer said they had replaced it yesterday - but i`m not so sure...

Had my speedo pack up on me Saturday - apparently this can be caused by faulty sender unit.

However dealer was polite, got Coffee and sweets and they cleaned it in & out while I waited (50mins) - excellent service (Lanc Sevenoaks)

Blow-off valve... Under the intercooler at the left(passenger) side. Is black in colour and made off plastic.
