anyone tried falken, got a set of ze512, are they any good, friend won them.
|
In a word ......... no
Got em on my MY 01 and they dont inspire confidence in the wet, I know a guy with them fitted to a classic that said the same. Just my opinion. Spooks |
Not that model number but the FK451 Falkens are good.
Zippy |
calling alanjack......
Seriously, I have the FK451 in 215/40/17 on my MY99 and they are just good. (But, nothing like S-02's) I would say that the ZE512 are not really something for a 200 hp+ car.... |
I would agree with Alberick
|
They do take a while to bed in.They were quite "slidey"when they were new,but now offer good grip.

cheers for the replys, i only paid £100 for them, they are now sat in garage.

i have just removed my falkens and replaced them with TOYO PROXES,the problem i was having was at 70-80mph in 4th gear if give it full throttle on a slightly damp road the car would go broad side!!!!!!!
doesn't do it now with the toyos ;). |
