I'm still on the 3.7's atm. The 3.8's were a disaster, even the Omega Drivers. Hope these offer something more than stupid features no one needs.

I am still using the original drivers from graphics card CD. when I try to install any later drivers they just bring my computer to a crawl. Am I doing something wrong or is there a fix/patch that I can install.

You need to remove the old drivers first which isn't always easy with earlier ATI drivers.
