After all the years of supporting the wednesday I never thought that I would ever be so ashamed of them.

A 3v1 Home defeat at the hands of Plymouth is bad enough but the way that we displayed ourselves was a sham, we could not string two passes together.

If there was as much passion on the field as on the KOP we would be premier league champs.

I never thought I would say this but it is time that Chris Turner was sacked or resigned, he has had long enough in the job now and all he has done is bring in some of the Hartlepool Team!

I mean he let Shefki Kuqi go to Ipswich when he was banging them in right left and centre, (you may have noticed he come on and hit the winner for them in the 89th min on tuesday)

Then he lets Alan Quinn our most creative midfielder go to sunderland where is the sense i ask ya?

And Dave Allen the chairman, either put your hand in you pocket or piss off, it would take £3million if that to get us back into the big time, your Casinos would make that in a month!

Even if you dont do it as a business man do it as a fan.

Cos i'll tell you, if I won the lottery tommorrow that is where it would go.

And the decent players we've had here, and allowed to leave, with the excuse that "we can't stand in the lad's way". Most of 'em go straight to clubs in the division we're trying to get into, or the division we're trying to get out of[img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

The first club in the country to sell it's ground and buy a brand new stadium, and do it all ourselves, no loans, donations, grants, etc, but when we ask the Football Trust for some cash, we get turned down.
Meanwhile, the likes of ManU(re), who pay their players more in a year than our entire CLUB is worth, get grants to enlarge an already huge stadium!!

Nope............come and support a really small club, then you'll see!

Thats just it though, I have a lot of respect for the "small" clubs at the end of the day that is what they are run as a football club and not a business.
Thats the major problem these days, take chelski for instane a billionaire comes and takes over an already pretty successful team!
Whats the point, if you really want to make shock waves take over a "small" club and take them to the top of the premier league.

You Owls fans have my sympathy for 3 reasons:-

1) As a Blackburn fan I used to enjoy the friendly rivalry when we
we progressing through the old Div 1/2/3.
2) I know the feeling as Blackburn are dire this season.
3) I bought a Wimbledon season ticket this year as its local, and
we were beating Sheff Utd for a while until the inevitable...
They were shocked and stunned for a good 15 minutes though !
