My turbo pressure was measured at my last dyno day. It recorded 14.5 psi. What difference in BHP would this make as this is down a little in max pressure?

My turbo used to make 16.8 psi and used to overboost but has recently been modified by my garage to the three port solenoid (from 2 port solenoid)
