heres a question for you, wot do you drive, how old are you, ncb?, how much insurance do you pay and with what company.

I'm 21 next july and am trying to get into scooby ownership but am just testing the water for costs involved.

im 24 drive a uk300 5yrs no claims and i pay 780 with elephant. not bad as i hve 2 convictions!

I'm 23 drive a wrx no mods (yet!!!) 3 years no claims. £1100 with tesco, but you'll need to have a tracker fitted.Oh and i live on the isle of wight!

22 2yrs ncb, 2000 with elephant for RB5

23, 6 yrs NCB, STi 5 Type R with privilege (exhaust only mod)

It seems like Tesco pick any random number regardless of age/ncb etc..

examples:

nelly : 23 3yrs ncb on a wrx with no mods - £1100

Davey P : 21 3yrs ncb on a P1 - <£2000

Me : 22 4yrs ncb on a wrx with subtle mods - £2700

Surely it can't be based mostly on your location?
