Hi

Looked through the posts on tyre wear
Done 7500 miles in 03 wrx front tyres outside edges worn (very edge)

Is this just from cornering or should I get the alignment checked out again. Some people talk about icreasing tyre pressure will this help
Thanks

Not bad.... mine last about 5k, then in the bin :(

Try 34psi front 32rear and take it easier on th eold roundabouts :)

On my MY02 WRX they started to go more on the inner edges, increasing the pressures eased the problem. Currently at 35 (fr) and 34 (rear) doesn't cause me any handling problems and the rubber wear rate is much better.

From other postings and experience I would suggest taking it a little steadier around roundabouts if you want the tyres to last longer though! But when its so enjoyable....they're only tyres :)

Makes me feel better (srt of) was worried their might be something wrong with the set up

They put mine on the 4 wheel laser alignment when they did the tyres and it was bang in the middle of the tolerances.

That said some people on here recommend specific settings at specialist garages who know Scoobies and have the laser alignment gear - may be worth a search.
