While driving on the highway the other day at 150kmh I noticed that the bonnet was vibrating as if air was pushing it from the underside. That's when it popped up!! It didn't fling open because the safety latch kept it in place, but it was a pretty scary moment. Any ideas on why? apart from not going 150kmh!!

Sorry to hear that -very expensive damage
could have happened , get someone to check the adjustment on the cable release.

AND ALWAYS make sure that the bonnet is properly latched before driving off ,
it could pop up while doing 50 never mind
150 kph.
