I Have Recently Bought A Impreza which was imported from Japan,
It has a Kenwood Head Unit, An Addzest Visual Audio Center Unit VAC-404 And a Kenwood Sat Nav / Cd / Cd Rom,

I am having problems with the Addzest Tv,
Can anyone tell me how to Tune in the channels,
I am able to get picture's & Sound but it's as if they need fine tuning,

Are the pictures jittery and greyscale? The japanese broadcast NTSC tv signals (like the american tv system (NTSC = Never The Same Colour twice http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif )), your unit may need to be converted to deal with out PAL broadcast system. If this is the case, it could be cheaper to look into buying a Clarion PAL convertor/tuner to run with the Clarion rebadged Addzest kit.

I thought the japanese broadcast SEECAM not NTSC, I also thought they had a refresh rate of 70Hz rathetr than 60 in the us. Perhaps I am wrong, either way, the clarion tuner should do it since the screen is just a monitor with standard inputs. Infact you could buy the pioneer tv tuner which I know from personal experience works really well.
