Don't s'pose there's any PocketPC programmers out there that know how to get the UUID out of the Dell Axim X5 is there?

I've tried KernelIoControl with both "IOCTL_HAL_GET_UUID" & "IOCTL_HAL_GET_DEVICEID" but the function returns FALSE (failed) with either. :(

I was in the understanding that Microsoft had made support for this function mandatory for PocketPC 2002, though I've also read a post somewhere that the X5 has no UUID, yet if you click on System Information, there it is, go figure

Ok, I'm guessing not then :(

Dell are quite severly getting on my nerves now, they have a tech suport forum where this question has been asked many times ... no answer. They have an online tech support form, that you fill in ... returns error. No where on any of there websites do they give a plain and simple, old fashioned, email address to tech support. And now, just to cap it off, their support web server's gone on one.

Anyway, does anybody have an email address for Dell tech support out there?

Pleeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssse.
