I'm looking for a second car and I'll probably buy from auction (being just up the road from Blackbushe) but I obviously want to do my homework first. I've been a couple of times to check things out and my mate actually bought a motor there yesterday. To help with the *homework* I want to check out cyrrent 2nd hand prices etc so which would be the best 'guide' to get? I'm not going for Glasses guide (£225 ish for the year!!!) so am left with what you get in WH Smiths. Parkers etc. Which would the best one? (Along with checking in Autotrader of course). Ta.

Oh, and any obvious things to watch out for at auction??
