Well almost. If you've got the time or fast connection check out www.translingo.com. There's a piece of software (25Meg mind hence the above) that will translate Japanese web pages to English. Works nice and fast and is pretty good at what it creates. 30 days free trial but that should be long enough for most people. It also shows you where some of the strange Japanese phrases come from as it attemts to build words from the syllables. Download the Japanese fonts for Explorer as well (see Microsoft internet explorer downloads page) to get the full experiance.
