Just found a house i want to buy :D

Problem I have is that i have some cash tied up in another property for 5 more years :(

need about 4x salary from joint application.

Any idea on options.

Thinking fixed rate for 5 years then paying off 1/2 mortgage.

Any ideas on which adviser to use or which bank/soc to use
