If you take the engine out of a scoob do you have to drain the gearbox oil or is it sealed off?

come on someone must know! If the engine is removed does gearbox oil piss all over the place!!

if you are leaving the gearbox in then you will not loose any oil but if your'e taking engine & box out then you will loose oil from the drive shafts & from the back were the propshaft goes.

no it wont drain out its sealed off .. but will drain out if you take off the prop....chris
