PlusNet seem to have excellent customer service.

Would recommend them to anybody thinking of getting broadband.

chrome 22 September 2003 06:43 PM

fwiw, plusnet and force9 are sister companies..

which was nice :D

Brad - I go with Nildram @ work.

Superb IMHO. Spent ages with me on a tech issue when I first set-up.

Luke 22 September 2003 10:45 PM

Cant understand how its cheaper than PIPEX if you want 2mb??

chrome 22 September 2003 11:46 PM

sorry luke some crossed wires going on here....

I settled on a slower (and MUCH cheaper) service in the end.. I dont have enough time to make 100% use of a 2mb line nice as it would be..

thanks all the same.
