Spoon 19 September 2003 07:39 PM

THE MUTTS NUTS 19 September 2003 07:44 PM

markr1963 19 September 2003 07:44 PM

Complicated lyrics, aren't they?
Hey Boy, Hey girl

Markus 19 September 2003 08:30 PM

Thanks people.

It is indeed "Hey Girl Hey Boy" by The Chemical Brothers.

Ace song, along with Block Rockin Beats

Ta!

Chemical Brothers - pretend pop rave pap. There's much better stuff out there than them.

UB:(

ChrisB 19 September 2003 09:59 PM

Are you actually Pete Waterman UB? I guess Bananarama and London Beat are more your cup of tea then? :p

S.B. 19 September 2003 10:00 PM

Hes more of a big fun big fan...:D

unclebuck 19 September 2003 10:06 PM

Have a listen to Kiss FM for the next few hours if you want to hear some quality dance music.

Chemical Bros - big lightshow and a couple of twats miming to a DAT tape. Teeny pop 'rave' rubbish.

ChrisB 19 September 2003 10:19 PM

I've just fired up RealPlayer (*spit*) to listen to KissFM to see what UB is getting his knickers in a twist about ;)

unclebuck 19 September 2003 10:24 PM

LOL - out of range eh? Doubt if online is the same as the live London broadcast. If it is it will be Princess Superstar and Alexander Technique with their class bootleg mashup show ;) You're in for a treat.. :p

UB:D

ChrisB 19 September 2003 10:29 PM

So that's the name of the muppets currently beating my speakers into submission is it?

unclebuck 19 September 2003 10:35 PM

If you hear a woman DJ talking in a New York accent then yes. Though they are not techno 'speaker beaters' so maybe no.

UB;)

edit for too many thoughs :D

The bit on the website that said 'Princess Superstar and DJ Alexender Technique' was also a give away.

Shame about the adverts.

Whilst I'm here, Pete Tong has been playing a track by a guy called Nick Vantulli but I don't have a clue how you spell his name. Offers?

unclebuck 19 September 2003 10:52 PM

Cool  Everyone can have a listen then. As it gets later the adverts vanish and it all goes a bit Breaks n' Beats with Tayo and a guest DJ set. Not sure if Digweed still comes before Tayo these days or not.

UB;)

She scrubs up pretty good too....

Way Out West - Intesify..

fantastic album, I liked my *cough cough* copy so much I bought an original from Amazon

ChrisB 19 September 2003 11:15 PM

It's a bit, erm, eclectic now UB.

You tried WoW by WoW Buzz? That's a top notch album too.

unclebuck 19 September 2003 11:22 PM

Chris - I did say that it was a bootleg mash up. Thats what makes it class. I loved the chant, "Fake boys, and fake girls.... catching fists"!!!:D Sums up my feelings about the Chemicals nicely..;)

BTW - WOW are old mates of mine from my Bristol years.

UB:D
