You can probably buy them from the HMSO or order them from a bookshop or Amazon.co.uk.

You might be able to wander into your local Council and read them. Depends I suppose what you want them for!

I am not finding the HMSO website good for finding anything. Can anyone point me in the direction?

Your local building control department will have the old regs.

More than likely on micro-fiche.
