Wonder if anyone has fitted a set of these lights to an Scoob ? I've a set of these that are a good few years old and were taken off an MK II RS2000 a good few years ago but they were very effective and I wonder if it's worth fitting these to me scoob (95 WRX) or if they'll look a bit naff or if it'll be too much hassle - I don't want to be drilling holes everywhere.
If I remember rightly they're fitted with 130W bulbs so they'd upgrade the lighting a fair bit.

The rallye 2000's were very good lights, but won't easily fit into the spaces on the front of the Scoob, (ie: where the foglights go), as will the new 1000FF from the same manufacturer.
the other prob would be drilling and fitting to a plastic bumper, and then stabilising a pair of lights as big as that when only bolted through plastic.
I'd advise not.

You've kind of confirmed what I thought - they ae pretty big & heavy lights. I had stabilising/supporting brackets when I had them om my RS. I might place them against the front and see what would need done to actually fit them.
Wonder if a light pod would do the trick !!

But will they FIT into a light pod?
Also, be careful of blocking off the rad.
My advice would be to sell 'em to someone with a rally car, and start again: there's a pair of Hella 1000FF's in HID for sale on the "For Sale" forum, with all fittings for about half price!
And those babies will make your 2000's look like candles, believe me!
