Andy Porter 26 August 2003 05:08 PM

Kevin Mc 26 August 2003 05:24 PM

Have you reported what you saw to the Police?

speedking 26 August 2003 06:11 PM

A bus attempted to manouver around a parked car, a biker driving in the other direction crashed head on into the bus.

... (The biker) was attempting to take over a First Bus when he collided with the bus, lost control of his bike and hit a wall ...
The news item puts a lot more responsibility on the biker than R6 CDW's observations. If you are certain R6 then you should contact the police.

Exactly what I thought - easy to blame the poor Bike rider, as he can't give his version of events :(

Mods, I would request the topic be closed as the thread does not read well if you know the person confirmed.

Cheers

R6; I agree; if what you are a witness to a fatal RTA you should contact your local Police Headquarters and ask to speak to the accident investigation department. Your statement might make all of the difference.
