my m8 over the road has just come home hes got a problem, his rear windows will not go up they go down ok but not up ?? its a rb5,ive checked all the fuses they r all ok any 1 got ne other thoughts

connectors fallen off "up" side of switch?

motors fecked - don't have enough strength to lift glass? do they sound like they're straining when trying to go up or just dead?

furry animal / child obstruction trapped in window?

if the fuses are OK, are you geting power to the motor? can you check it with a multimeter?

if it's a motor, does it have a relay to switch on the main power rather than having full whack going through the switch - is this OK as having both motors fail gives a hint that it might be something "general" rather than "local"...

Is this both rear windows?

Have you tried the switches in the back and the drivers?
