Help,

Here's the situation, Outlook XP running 4 pop3 internet mail profiles. I delete 3 of them by accident (don't ask), is it possible to get the emails or accounts back from these profiles?

If so, how?

I'm going back to the users PC at 4:30pm, so any advice before then would be greatly appreciated.

If its WinXP . . . . System Restore ?

Presumably to do a restore it must had to of been backed up at some point?

Which it hasn't :(

System Restore automatically creates restore points every 24 hours that your computer is turned on, or alternatively every 24 hours of calendar time so you may be in luck :)

How to restore Windows XP to a previous state

Log on as the Administrator.
Go to the Start menu, select All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then click System Restore.
On the Welcome to System Restore page, click Restore my computer to an earlier time.
Click Next.
On the Select a Restore Point page, click the restore point of your choosing in the On this list, click a restore point list.
Click Next.
A message may appear that lists configuration changes that System Restore will make. Click OK.
Click Next on the Confirm Restore Point Select point page.
System Restore will restore the previous configuration and restart your computer.
Once your computer has restarted, log on as the Administrator again. The System Restore Restoration Complete page appears. Click OK.
Even your restorations are reversible, so if you don't like the state of your computer after you restore it, you can undo the restoration or select another restore point.
