Iv'e owned one or two cars in my 15 years of motoring none of which has a switch so large that does so little,My clock is bright now it's not..Is this really all it does iv'e only had my scoob a week so is there some mystery use to this switch that will be revealed to me in time,or maybe not.

Dont flick it on/off 3 times in a row unless you want to loose your passenger ;)

*Sonic* 16 August 2003 11:46 PM

Ian, doesnt that only work on cars with Sunroof's :)

Seriously, that is all the switch does!

248SPG 17 August 2003 12:01 AM

Well if you concentrate hard you may feel less power when it is on because of the extra load it puts on the Alternator :D

No Seriously believe us it really is all it does!!! :)

Trucker Ted 17 August 2003 08:11 AM

Always keep the switch on dim,it gives you an extra one tenth of a bhp which can come in handy;)

PeteD 17 August 2003 10:08 AM

When my passengers ask what that switch is for, I just say it increases the intellect of the passenger ;)

Treacle 17 August 2003 11:25 AM

Why not get a sticher with 'nitro' printed on it . The effect when pressed will be the same as now, lol

Boro 17 August 2003 11:38 AM

LMAO @ Pete's reply, i might use that next time!

Ideal for switchin on/off neons, if ur sad enuf to have them

chrisp 17 August 2003 11:54 AM

No bright switch on my RA :D

BMWhere? 17 August 2003 12:55 PM

I removed the clock (MY03) to make room for the sat nav, so now it has even less function :D At least they've move the switch to the lights stem now so passengers don't notice it! :D
