Driving through the SPECS-enforced 40mph Thelwall viaduct roadworks on the M6 this morning ... what did I see but 3 Police 'Safety Camera' vans clocking drivers within the 40mph SPECS zone!

Does that mean that a driver exceeding the speed limit in the roadworks could get prosecuted twice for the same offence?! :o

yep, try cumbria the money making vans sit on bridges. Don't even stop you ?? wonder if its a good way to police speeding , ie just take a photo and not pull a speeder??
