hello peeps...........had my p1 at the dealers for a service and was informed that i need new front discs although my rears could be skimmed.......well does anyone know of a decent aftermarket alternative as the oe alcon disc's are a tad expensive.......rears too.

I was thinking about a group buy for repalcement alcon discs - you can now get two piece setup with alcon rotors that will fit the Prodrive/alcon calipers. I posted in general acouple of days ago bu tresponse has been minimal. £684 +vat all in- with the rotors being replaceable in future at £164 each - a lot better than the OEM equivalent. Rears - ian Godney at God speed can sort some out ( plus he also does front Alcon conversions, but not Alcon rotors)

I would only need 5 people to achieve the above group buy.

why does'nt anyone make direct replacement alcon discs ??

We do , I think we spoke the other day didn't we , but ours are a disc and bell
