Mike,

Exhaust, cat back or if you remove the cat, you'll need to replace the restrictor, or run a dedicated boost controller.
DO NOT REMOVE THE PRIMARY TURBO CAT.

Panel filter, the daddy at the moment (according to TSL)is Green cotton filters.

My personal preference for the exhaust is Hayward & Scott, did an excellent job and welded in the original cat to their pipework.

An easy 20/25 ponnies

Also, if you have the weak kneed version of the BOV, a good one can improve things, and control the boost better.

A KnockLink and boost gauge (with peak memory and owner settable warning) would be a good preventative medicine idea too, IMHO.

Perhaps join the yahoo group "legacyb4" to get in with more TT Subaru owners:)

Hope this helps:)

w/apologies to Mike for sharing an "in joke" - once you join the TT group you'll understand, although I hope that "issue" will be history by then...;)
