Great production values, good cast and very watchable

Big fan of Law and Order + NYPD as well

How about Boomtown?? I tought this was going to be rubbish when it first started but its reallly good

Channel 5 have got some great stuff at the moment - The Shield, Boomtown, CSI, CSI Miami, Law and Order, Law and Order SCU....

Pure fiction and I bloody love it. Topped and tailed with "Who are you" and "Won't get fooled again", it is the way forward.

I prefer the LA derivative.

Good point, Boomtown is great, love the seperate timelines and perspectives, nice idea and very watchable. The Shield is OK IMHO

If were talking good dramas, dont forget Homicide and Oz.

Why though, does every BBC or ITV drama look like its done with a total budget of 20 quid!

csi , csi miami and boomtown , all great series . i like the way that they repeat csi miami and vice versa with csi so i can watch the ones i missed on saturday night piss ups .
