Hi

Any TV experts out there?

Bought a new 28" Philips TV and when I switch it on after its been off for a while its emits a very high pitched tone (fairly quiet & barely audible, but damn annoying) for the first 5-10 mins.

Before I return it for a refund, I wanted to know if this was normal - i.e. do they all do this during the tube warming up?

Anyone offer an expert opinion?

Prolly a line lin coil m8, shouldnt realy be noticeable, take it back or get an engineer to seal it

I have a two month old Philips 21" - certainly doesn't do that.
