it as had a bigger turbo put on it now does 0-60 in 3.9 sec
is this to much for a m reg wrx sti ra ?

My pal's just bought(last week) an Sti RA 95 for £7100 from an importer.

Good mileage/condition so I guess there's room for negotiation.
