just wondering who has the bestest pc on scoobynet site, i know my lowly amd 3000xp, is no match for the overclockers but i always thought it was Si, has anybody got a better pc

LOL, well it was mine and Jinxy I believe with a few other lurkers out there, but the guts of my rig are now in Portugal with Ptholt as her new owner. I am just starting the build the new one, which will be the fastest on here again,not hugely faster thaan jinxy'by any means, but enough (sorry jinx, but you and I both know that ;)). Anyway, you could say that guys that mod the hell out of their cars are wasting money. I recouped a LOT of the money from the original March build, mostly due to the quality of my workmanship thank you :). Different horses for Different courses and all that.

Oi Si, bahave :p. I have borrowed my girl's old 2.4P4@2.9 watercooled rig for the time being to keep me sane. Having The Overclocking Store cease trading today hasn't helped my latest venture, as they had some nik naks unique to them that I need desperatly to complete the new monster :(.

mrfootlong must admit that case you had on last pc looked good:D but as you said cars pcs all wasted cash

If you're talking spec, surely it has to be total ram, cpu and hd in the house. I'm a bit off my peak, only 2 laptops and 2 desktops atm.
About 8.4 Ghz total cpu, 140Gb disk space and hmm... 1.6Gb of ram
This will reveal the saddest amongst us :D

80+100+60+60+100=40=440GB HD

Can't beat the RAM or CPU totals but got 750GB of disk in one box (3 x 250GB disks) and with the other boxes makes 1.2TB of disk. :D

How about twin Xeon 3.0 processors 4GB Ram 128MB Nvidia 900XGL Graphics but only 70GB hard drive.
Used for CAD more than scoobynet
