Recently IE on my home machine (IE6 SP1 on Win2K SP3) has stopped caching pics.

They reload every time a page is refreshed. Annoying on ISDN :(
The only setting I can find is "check for new versions of web pages" in the Temp internet files dialog, which is set to "automatically" which i'm sure is right.

I've tried clearing the files but still no joy. :(.

Any ideas ?
