The above happend last Saturday whilst the Wakeboarding was going on in Pwllheli Marina, went outside and there was an unmarked DBM bugeye parked behind my motor. Went down to investigate and it had blue lights behind the grill and one on the floor in the back for the roof, 4 aerials on it and couple of phone handsets inside, plus a few buttons about. Must of been one or someone having a laugh winding peps up.
