Just fitted front and rear Whiteline ARBs. I have greased the bushes (and myself) as much as possible, but if I go over a speed bump... SQUEAAAK! On the other hand, does not happen if cornering hard, or under heavy breaking. Seems it happens only if I get a bump exactly in the same moment with both wheels.

What should I do? Unmount, grease more, refit? Or just accept that MUCH BETTER handling must take with it some extra noise?

They should not squeak like that. Did you use the grease supplied to lubricate the inside of the bushes as well as the outside?

Mine don't squeak whatsoever. Have a look at some of the pics on my website to see how I fitted them and how much grease I used.

Thanks for your answer, I was very busy and had no time to check the bbs. Actually I used the grease provided with the kit, but not all, and I think the problem is that I had to move the position of the bushes on the ARB, as I did not put them immediately in the correct position. So, probably most of the grease is now "open air" instead of being between the bush and the ARB.

I have to check the bolts now, so I have to get under the car anyway...

By the way Stefan, anything wrong with your website? I cannot access it...

I anyway saw other threads on this forum about ARB and droplinks installation.

Sorry, I think there was a problem with my DNS. I'm rebuilding my PC, so my website will be offline again this evening.

Other than that there should be no problems.

You could try the Teflon spray.

Very nice information, thanks. I am anyway going to go first for just a full regrease, then maybe the teflon...

Great also how Whiteline is responding and present, and trying to keep customers happy!!!

did they make much of a difference fitting the up rated roll bars??

I have this same problem with my Whiteline ARBs but only when I'm out on wet roads. No noise when its dry. Excellent upgrade!
