I am after an in car power adaptor for my Toshiba Sattelite 1110 laptop, any suggestions:D

A 1110 - you buy it from Dixons or PC World then?

Tosh don't list a car charger for it.

Best bet could be to get a 12 volt invertor which gives you a 'standard' 3 pin plug via the cig lighter. Like on of these

Chiark might know of somewhere cheaper / local

Cheers Chris, PC World, impulse buy, as i liked the look of it:D

Will go to Maplins and see if they have an inverter there, sure thats where Nick or David would suggest.

No prob - I've run my Compaq laptop via in invertor before with no trouble. It blew the fuse when Little Miss WRX tried her hair dryer in it though :rolleyes:
