Hi.

Am making a CD for the girlfriends mate who is about to have a baby. We have several relaxation exercises etc that we've recorded, and I want to mix each together with a backing track. I have selected the music, but the sound recordings are quiter than the music.

I have used a free tool called audacity to record the readings, but it's mix tool is quite rudimentary, not allowing level selection. I want to mix the music in at a low background level.

Any ideas - preferably freeware, obviously ;)
