Just wondering if the MY99 UK Turbo has the wire loom already inplace to add a intercooler waterspray system

Unfortunately not, the loom's not there, either for the dash switches or the pump. Even if it was, it wouldn't do you much good, as the space taken up by the STi water spray tank and pump is occupied by the ABS system on UK/Euro cars, so you'd be unable to utilise it anyway.

@rse, looks like i will be mounting the tank somewhere else.
