Just a thought i had. Would it be possible to emit a sh!tload of infrared spectrum light across your number plate, blinding said cameras?

I'm no physics guru so havent a clue, just a thought.

Was down the pub and some boffins were going on about same sort of thing. Apparently if you get a stronger beam going back at the camera you will burn it out or something. Dont quote me on this tho :D
