Has any one got any pictures, I have heard the sti 6 style need blanking plates, how does this look, is it worth the extra for the other wrc style spoiler

Cheers in advanced

Hi chap,

got one fitted about 6 months ago, very pleased with it - it's the Sti5 style one they do, not the WRC style one (which does cost more but I actually thought it didn't look so nice anyway). I prefer the more angled rear blade - the WRC one is more of a box spoiler, plus doesn't have the integrated brake-light.

The spoiler does indeed require blanking plates (if your car came with the standard rubbish low-level item that mine did) - this is because the new spoiler requires new holes to be drilled, leaving the original ones exposed - the blanking plates take care of this, and don't look bad at all.

Sorry, have no piccies at the moment but if noone else has come up with any in the next day or so I'll get my digicam out!!

everyone I've met agrees it totally transforms the car, making it look more balanced..

cheers
DaveR
