hy guys!

I have the chance (group buy) to buy very cheap brembo's with 320x28 disc's.

Does anyone has experience with the brakes? how are they on a racetrack? is it a big difference to the 322x32 brakes from movit?

I have a 2000 impreza gt and I use the car sometimes on the racetrack or some street-routes in the mountains.

should I order the brembo's or the movit (who are about 2,5 times more expensive)

Thanks for your help!

I have the Movit gt3 kit. I guess, once you get to a certain level, that there is very little to choose between the various kits. Just go for the biggest disks you can :)

Have you seen www.streetcar-cup.ch? Reitnau hillclimb this weekend, come along and see the Porsche brakes at work :D

hy richard

I drove in tuttlingen the 7th june. I have the blue GT with the big rear wing [;)]. maybe I am in reitnau this weekend...

I know that the MOVIT brakes are the best I can get, but the price isn't very cheap! so I thought that I could buy the brembo's for a low price and have brakes who are enough for the racetrack [?]

Made by the same people - BREMBO.

Movit are a specific design by Porsche and Brembo make them, only found this out a few weeks ago.....

BUT........Brembo make various calipers and it is the design spec of the caliper that counts!!
for example the Evo/STi type caliper is pants in comparison with the Porshe type!! therefore the Movit kit in this instance is a huge performance benefit!!!
