Anyone know if there is a good local old fashioned (i.e. sawdust on the floor, knows his meat (ooer) inside out) butchers in the Bracknell/Ascot/Sunningdale/Wokingham area ?

I am sick of paying over-inflated prices for poor quality supermarket meat.

Dave,

There's one in West End just down the A322 over the M3, towards G'ford. Pass the BP and first left - very good. Theres another new one opened just a bit further on too - past West End Garage, past the green on your left and theres a pub and grocer - theres a new butcher opened there too......

Cya mate.

There is a good one in East Horsley, but I don't know the name. Its on Ockham Road South on the left as you go south. My sister says he is a real traditional butcher.

Les :)
