When I click on a link it appears as a new window, but appears as blank

Is there an IE setting or patch for this problem ?

click start > run and type > regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
after you click ok it should confirm its worked.

open internet explorer and go to >
tools > internet options > programs > and click on reset web settings > ok

restart internet explorer and your links should work again.

(you will need to reset your homepage after this too > go into tools > internet options and type the address in the box and click ok)
