My wife kerbed a front wheel the other day (I can't grumble I did the back one after 2 weeks) and it took the balance weight off.
Took it to Hi Q and they told her they should balance both front wheels, stung her a tenner as well. I must confess I thought this a little weird, because the other wheel was surely still balanced...but maybe I'm just totally ignorant. Thoughts on a postcard please, because if she was ripped off I will go and kick up a fuss. (A Kwik fit just opened up next door so earnings have been severeley diluted) Thx Dave |
No reason for them to balance a wheel they haven't touched, unless you ask them to.
