I've just found an injured bird in our garden. It's got a tag with GB and a load of numbers on it. Any way of contacting the owner?

Dial the number?
|
I don't think it's a telephone number but I'll take a look.

That's what I love about this BBS - you get views from both ends of the spectrum :D
Anyway, the little fella's doing fine apart from a near total lack of tail feathers. My daughter's named him Percy and wants to keep him. As our home already resembles a menagerie, I've had to put my foor down and say no. Cheers Kav |
PIE ! PIE ! PIE ! :D

Apparently, depending on the club that the pigeon('s owner) is a member of, the bird may have an address / phone number stamped under one of the wings. Worth checking.
BTW, if you lift his wing, expect to get pecked. |
Agree with PG :D vermin them Pigeons.
