My 16 valve interale is back on the road running sweet and run in  I took it for a test run last night and after 1 mile I got out of the car shaking  I have never done that before :o Here's the story of what happened:

Thanks :D chuffed to bits that I built it myself :D
|
excellent news :D. I'll keep an eye out for you.
Steve |
Well done mate!
If you want a job done proper do it yourself! It took me 10 months to rebuild my old Saab after it melted a piston, very satisfying once it all back together and working though  |
Thanks :D I took less time to fix it than a guy that was "supposed" to know what he was doing  5 months to do a re-build then it blew up that quickly I didn't even get out second last night though because it was going so well!

I hope to bring it into work one day soon :D Met This one's a 16 valve as you can see but should be pushing nearer 300 bhp  it's a tad scarey :o |
very nice motor and I imagine that doing the work yourself must be very satisfying.

It's undergone alot of mechanical changes and mods since you last saw it  it's got about another 80 or so bhp and paddle clutch etc. Bob At least you got there in the end :D Paul |
Looking sweet mate!! Let me know when you bring it in to work...
Glad all the hard work has paid off!! Ian |
Top stuff Paul :D Look at it this way though, all the time its spent inside was preserving it from our nasty british weather ;)
