You look on some of those US sites that specifically sell hot domain names and can't believe the money involved.

I've had a few enquiries for some of mine but never followed them up.

I was interested in buying studio.com a while back - it fits with what I do - and after enquiring about the dormant domain name with the registered owner got a reply asking for $500,000!!!!!

Yep, thats the sort of money the yanks put on domain names. Seem to have much more value in the States.

i own a domain name that someone wants to buy from me:), how do i go about transferring ownership to the buyer?

its a .com domain, the registar is joker.com and the domain name is currently hosted at uk2.net
