Can anyone recommend anyone? I am slowly turning into a big blob. Tried digging the garden over the other day and it felt like I was going to have a heart attack! I'm only 26, Up until the age of eighteen I was very into mountain biking and was as fit as a flea. However I then discovered things with engines and my waist line has never looked back.
So I thought that I would give martial arts a try, this is an iterest that I developed from my Father who was a black belt 1st dan in Karate.

I'll stop whittering now and see if you lot have any suggestion.

There's the martial arts place on blackpool road, and there's somewhere does aikido on fylde road.

Keep thinking about doing some martial art, but can't make my mind up which one!

I can't decide either. I'm looking for something that wll keep me fit more than anything else and I feel that I would have the motivation to pursue (sp) a sport more than I would going to the gym to use the machines etc.
