I have been told i need a new power steering pump with round not square res,can you get a square one to fit is the pipe work different,or have you got to have a round 1. thanks

The pipe fittings on the 2 pumps are different sizes, so it would be a bit of hassle.

An old pump should be easy to get second hand. Any Impreza/legacy turbo before 96 will have the correct pump.

Non turbo cars may also even use the same pump, though not sure.

thanks for help,better get looking for secondhand pump then,any idear how much 1 will be.
