Hi all,

i,m after some plug advice..

did a previous search but with no luck..or suitable answer

my96 2.0 non turbo wagon

what plugs do i use

i have found 4 options and i just want some feed back on what you think is best

1 champion eon
2 champion platignum tipped
3 ngk bprxx i think
4 bosch 4 electrode jobbys

any one used any or tried them

most of us turbo guys seem to use NGK, depends on power as to which variant, and given that on the turbos the NGK as standard spec on MY99, one would think NGK.

If it were my car, then i would try NGK, if it felt crap i would try another. Cost is minimal IMO.

yeah cost is minamul , but the boxer engine makes it a pain to remove the plugs.. not a 2 min job like it is with my x/f esky! ehe

hmm

£20 for ngk

£20 for champion type 1

£40 for champion type 2

£40 for bosh

£120 to get it right yeah ive got that sort of cash to burn

and i think ill get a main dealer to do the work for me!!!!

strewth ill run for the £20 option and call it a day

dont think im patronising here but

i know you like you cars and want the best in performance, but i

think some of the dealers see you coming,,
