had my new wrx for 2 weeks i got 340 miles from a tankfull of 95 ron

Steady stuff. Must have been a stiff tailwind. Aren't you supposed to be using 97 ron petrol not 95 ron?

I think 95 ron is OK isn't it? for the normal wrx.

manual say min 95 ron, it was the first time i filled it up next time will be optimax

95 is okay, but 97 is worth the extra expense. I'm getting better mpg from my WRX than from my previous car, an Impreza Sport Wagon, so your figures don't really come as a surprise.

Got 355 miles out of a tank of Optimax in MY 02 wagon this week !!
well my girlfriend did !! she did the first 250 miles best I've had before was 320

Must admit I didn't find a big difference with Optimax in my MY99 classic, but others on here swear by it .I get about 26 to the gallon out of mine , and it does get 'used'! You must still be running it in ...just wait !

IF i'm talking real figures and doing a bit of driving, 240/260 miles per tank. Fukc the enviroment and its only money.

2 x tanks a week.......would use more if i could.
