I've had a really disappointing day. I spent yesterday at Scoobysport getting all excited about some engine mods only to be blanked by a number of insurance companies today.
I won't bore you but essentially we looking at achieving 350+bhp on a classic import. I've all the right things going for me >30, max NCB, blah, blah, blah ... So I was thinking, are EVO's easier to insure. Tim |
I found an evo in its standard form hundreds of pounds more, infact an evo 7 was 1k more than my bugeye .....yikes

ive just insured my new EVO7 which is being delivered with a 320bhp 330lb/ft conversion for dead on £1000 protected no claims inc.Im 29 and both A PLAN and NORWICH UNION DIRECT quoted me this price , which is what i am paying now for my totally standard U.K scooby, so i,m well chuffed.

Nice one White Van Man - looks as though I might inquire about the dark side.
