Warner Brothers stores sell a massive one for £30 and various others for less money.

I saw some in toys r us the other week, but don't think they sell them online. www.toysrus.co.uk .

Theres a Warner Bros store in Gatwick airport.
Don't need to go to departure lounge to shop there so if you're passing.

Cheers

i've got the absolutely massive one, think its bigger than 3ft though. I couldnt find them in Toy R Us or Warner Bros shop, the ones there are beanie toys (as far as I know, i could have been missing something), and they were flat.

The only places i've seen the really massive plush scoobies were as prizes at fair grounds and on ebay.

This is my one:

CHRIS_D:
Which Warner Brothers Store are you going to??

And is it still there?

I would reserve one before going to Gatwick airport, but can’t find a telephone or address listing for any Warner Brothers shop

Touysrus don’t ell them anymore, went to the Oxford branch today and the Manager searched the database, end of line not to be stocked anymore

The large ones are not listed anywhere in the UK on-line

Still need help PLEASE

I Would like to have a trip out Bank Holiday Monday
to buy a 24" plush scooby.

Anybody know whats open and where Please?

thanks for all your replys so far

Mr doo 25 May 2003 09:44 PM

Don't know if your still after one but there is a 3ft one on ebay at the minute, £10bid at moment. The auction number is 3132525716.
You will have to bid of course but from this thread this sort of thing doesn't appear in shops very often. Hope this helps

CHRIS_D 25 May 2003 09:47 PM

basingstoke

cant remember exactly what size they are, but they're big

Ajax 25 May 2003 10:01 PM

Mr doo:
Thanks for that I will keep an eye on that at e-bay
Really just wanted to go to a shop and buy it.

CHRIS_D:
Where abouts in Basingstoke, and are you sure its still there?
If you have a phone number that would be real handy.

Are we talking about this place, can’t see anything about a shop,
Most confused.

UHF 25 May 2003 10:26 PM

Hopefully you'll find one in a store but I really doubt it!

Ajax 25 May 2003 10:35 PM

UHF:
Love yer Scooby Doo, I doubt if that was made under licence from WB
Not that I care about that.
Thank you very much for posting the pics
I will just have to keep searching, I think that WB have had a few problems with shops that have shut down, the feature film is now a year or so old and many of the toys were made to support the film

UHF 25 May 2003 10:38 PM

yes, thats what it seems like, I recall seeing some in the cinemas at the time the film came out.

Just keep an eye on EBay, that where my one came from, £15 delivered

Ajax 25 May 2003 10:44 PM

OK I will keep looking.

Someone maybe able to help............

Give them a ring, but when you do ask if its a beanie toy, because thats what they told me, they said that it was a laying down one, which sure is quite big but it doesnt sit up like the non warner ones, the one I have doesnt even have a tag on it which is why i'm sure it isnt a warner one

Ajax 26 May 2003 10:05 AM

Gizmo555: thanks for going to the trouble of finding that out in detail, I would never have found it.

UHF: Yer right no chance of finding the big mutt like yours, I just want the one that sits up, 2 feet tall and solid made.

I know they were made by Warner Brothers last year, the bloke in Toys R Us remembered selling them

I found the beanie toy in Toys R Us nice but lays flat out and is soft, squeeze its ear and it talks.

The Quest is still on!
